This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid services purchased from Plantchwristar.

At Plantchwristar, we strive to deliver clear educational meal planning materials and consulting correspondence. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services purchased directly through plantchwristar.world or via direct correspondence with our team. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligible Services

Refunds may be considered for the following paid service categories:

  • Personalized weekly meal plan packages delivered in digital format
  • Consulting and guidance sessions purchased as standalone services
  • Educational program enrollments and structured meal planning modules
  • Bundle packages combining multiple service elements

Free resources available on our website, including the Meal Builder tool and sample plan previews, are not subject to this Refund Policy as no payment is involved.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not yet received or accessed the delivered service materials
  • We are unable to deliver the purchased service within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangement is acceptable to you
  • The delivered service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase
  • Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing delivered digital materials, and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days

3.2 Consideration-Based Refunds

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis when:

  • You experience significant service quality issues that we verify upon review
  • Duplicate charges occurred due to a payment processing error
  • You cancel a pre-scheduled consulting session with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled time

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accessed, where the 14-day withdrawal period has expired
  • Customized meal plans that have been prepared specifically based on your submitted information and delivered to you
  • Consulting sessions that have already taken place
  • Services purchased during promotional periods where refund restrictions were clearly stated at purchase
  • Third-party fees or charges not collected directly by Plantchwristar

Due to the digital nature of our deliverables, once personalized content has been sent to you, the service is considered consumed. We encourage you to review service descriptions carefully before purchasing and to contact us with questions prior to payment.

5. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer within the European Union or Sweden, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) that may entitle you to a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, unless an exception applies.

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

5.2 Exceptions to Withdrawal

Under Swedish law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Digital content delivered immediately where you explicitly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged losing your withdrawal right
  • Services fully performed with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expired
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

When purchasing personalized meal plans, we will inform you before checkout if the withdrawal right does not apply due to the customized nature of the deliverable.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to assist@plantchwristar.world with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or payment reference, and date of purchase
  • Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request
  • Attach any relevant documentation such as payment receipts or correspondence

Alternatively, you may call us at +46 8 411 45 10 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 CET) to initiate a refund request. Written confirmation via email will follow phone requests.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing typically occurs within 5 to 10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be appropriate:

  • When a bundle package is partially consumed and only unused components are eligible for refund
  • When a consulting package includes multiple sessions and some sessions have been completed
  • When both parties agree that a partial refund fairly resolves a service concern

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of undelivered or unused services relative to the total purchase price. We will provide a clear breakdown of the calculation when offering a partial refund.

9. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by providing additional information or documentation supporting your claim. We will conduct a secondary review within 10 business days.

EU consumers may also seek assistance from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se or contact their local consumer advisory service. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
